Controls:

Number keys 1-3 controls the speed of the game.

Spacebar pauses and unpause.

Mouse scroll navigates the dropdown boxes (they can only display 3 at a time, so if you have more than 3 you must scroll to find the other options).

Game:

Malicious Congratulators is a roguelike about spreading chaos through a social media platform as ordered to by an otherworldly entity. Inspired by games like Balatro and FTL: Faster Than Light, the player must navigate an increasingly complex web of social media connects in order to piss off as many people as possible. Can you survive 10 days and win the favour of your deity?

This game is my submission for Untitled Game Jam #106, the theme was "Chaos, I want chaos!" Naturally, I interpreted the theme as dialogue and imagined a Lovecraftian entity telling the player to cause them some chaos.
